Committing new strong passwords to memory is not the slightest bit easy. It's just not what human brains were built for, so don't feel bad about the fact that your memory is where new passwords go to die. Adapt to your own limitations and use assistive technology like a password manager.

Even if you think My FBI Agent is a bit hyperbolic (it's unlikely we each get our own agent, but they have been known to spy on people through their webcams), there are still people out there willing to spy on just about anyone. It must suck to be them when their targets start dropping spoilers like that.

Virtually every one of those people who are afraid of microchips in vaccines is carrying a cell phone around with them that tracks their location at all times, even if they turn off location services. To a certain extent that was known about even before Snowden, but the documents he leaked expanded our knowledge about that.
