Are you not amazed?

found on Huge LOL

I'm not going to claim all pirated software is full of malware (that always seemed to be little more than a scare tactic), but there definitely was some tainted software out there, and being able to consistently avoid it (while still downloading) required some deliberate care.

Which country's flag will you fly today?

from here and here

I suppose this also applies if you're using the VPN to evade region locks enforced by streaming services. Don't let me stop you, though. Hoist the colours if that's your thing.

Pick a side, already!

from here

There seems to be some very confused malware writers out there, unsure which side of the law they're supposed to be on. Of course both cybercrooks and copyright cops are villains, so at least we don't have to be confused about whether they're the good guys.

No sympathy here

from here

Literally, despite being a software developer myself, I have no sympathy for malware writers whose business is being hurt by pirates. I say good for the pirates. Even though they're using the malware, if they hurt the sales enough then the writers will give up and stop making new versions, and it's those new versions that give anti-malware the most problems.
