I guess using a secure shell must be like exercising a muscle. And you definitely don't want to skip that day.

You'd probably put this on a laptop rather than a water bottle, unless you have one of those smart water bottles.

To be honest, I think this works better as a reminder to yourself to delete your browser history regularly, rather than actually relying on the kindness of strangers (and their ability to get access to your system). Normalize deleting your own damn history, or better yet, use Incognito mode.

If you want to make crooks think twice about messing with your unattended laptop (why is it unattended again?), this sticker could do the trick. It's not much of a deterrent, but if there's lower hanging fruit around they may go after that instead.

I know we don't hear about computer viruses much anymore, but I think we would do well to remember back when they were the dominant form of malware. Things were handled so much differently then than to how they're handled now. Can you imagine business owners demanding computers be plugged back into the network before the infection was removed?

Maybe it's just me, but this seems like the kind of sticker which, if it were on your laptop, could keep people away from it if you accidentally left it unattended in the coffee shop. Either that or someone would call the cops.

I know what music ran through your mind when you first saw it. This is sort of like a visual play on words. You think it's one thing until you look closely and realize it's something completely different. It's a great violation of expectations.

If you've ever seen anything like this then you've encountered geo-blocking, which is one of the few remaining good reasons to use a VPN. Unfortunately there are no VPNs for real life, so this is going to be like a splinter in people's minds.

While that might stop me, I suspect that not only are there plenty of millennials who can drive stick there are also plenty of older people who steal vehicles.

While you can get this design on other things, and they may even be more legible, I kinda like the idea of being able to slap this sticker on anything, maybe even other people's belongings as a prank.

I don't know which would be funnier, sticking one of these on your own laptop for everyone to see, or sticking one of these on someone else's laptop while they're in the bathroom. It seems you get multiple so you can try both, but I'd suggest going with the latter one first for maximum effect.

But you can call me "Cookie".
The SQLi versions of this (for those who like to cosplay as little Bobby Tables) are well worn, but I don't see nearly as many XSS versions and that's a shame.

InfoSec, Silence Of The Lambs, and do I detect a hint of Dr. Seuss in the execution? Seems like a great sticker to put on your laptop, honestly. I'm not sure why they always use a water bottle to present stickers.

With this stuck to your laptop you'll have all the people around you at the coffee shop wondering how protected their devices really are.
