Protecting your ears from the cries of your victims

found on Imgur

I'm not sure what else he could be protecting his ears from, to be perfectly honest. And even then, he buys up all the land around him for privacy, so it wouldn't just be the ambient cries of his victims off in the distance but rather ones he's actively pursuing, which is kind of a scary thought where this Lord Of The Flies reject is concerned.

The Philosophy of Zuck

from here and here (image source)

When your a rich tech entrepreneur like Mark Zuckerberg, a creepy surveillance-enabled portrait where the eyes literally follow you seems very on brand.

A Facebook Challenger Appears

from here and here

It's hard to believe anyone could give Facebook a run for their money, but it sounds like Oracle is doing just that. Not in the context of social networking, however, but rather in the context of global surveillance.

It's difficult to imagine why Oracle would be interested in my political views and physical location, but I suppose those are details an authoritarian regime could use about it's citizens.

Zuckerberg laughed on his private island where no one could hear him

found on Izismile

Are your devices listening? Yes, especially if there is any voice assistance technology in them, because it's almost certainly not in them but rather in the cloud where real humans also listen in for training purposes.

Zuck on a Truck

Watch on YouTube

When it comes to figures that have come to symbolize invasion of privacy, Mark Zuckerberg definitely give the Elf on the Shelf a run for it's money. The similarity is amazing too, their both so lifelike.

These are our users, get your own

from here and here

You've got to figure that when Facebook tries to defend users against spying by cops it isn't for the benefit of the users. They spy on those same users, so it's no principled endeavor. In all likelihood they're just trying to stop less capable spies from scaring the users away from the platform.

The Old Switcheroo

from here and here

If it sounds like Mark Zuckerberg is pulling a fast one by claiming Facebook won't use face recognition anymore but under their new name they will continue to use it, then you are not alone. It seems a bit like a bait and switch scam.

And everybody elses

from here

I actually have zero difficulty imagining Mark Zuckerberg as a helicopter parent. Just look at how much his company spies on complete strangers. So the idea that Facebook wanted to target children around the same age as Zuckerberg's oldest makes it difficult not to see a possible connection between the two.

How Zuckerberg will make VR the future of Facebook

from here

Maybe I'm crazy, but this kind of dark pattern in their support seems like just the kind of thing Zuckerberg would pull to drive adoption among those who would otherwise not be interested in virtual reality, and thereby aid in bringing Zuckerberg's VR plans for Facebook to fruition. All they have to do is gradually disable people's accounts and wait for them to "migrate" to Oculus.

Growing up Zuck is gonna suck

foudn on Reddit

Perhaps growing up incredibly privileged will make up for the lack of privacy Zuckerberg's kids will no doubt face.

Go ahead and post your crime selfies

found on Reddit

With the kinds and quantities of incriminating evidence that Facebook and Instagram have on so many people, they could probably be just as effective as the FBI in many cases, and all their data was voluntarily provided.

No, Mr. Bond, I expect privacy to die

found on Funny Junk

I'm not familiar enough with this game to know if the image has been altered, but the resemblance certainly is amazing. Uncanny, even.
