Calling two scammers at the same time to talk to each other
Watch on YouTube
What's interesting to me is how the scammers drop all pretenses when they think they're the only ones on the line. If you ever wondered if they were aware they were scamming people, now you know.

Animals can be scammers too

I would have fallen for this. I don't expect this kind of duplicity from mans best friend. Who knew they could be such good liars?

Kitboga : I Made an AI Bot to STEAL from SCAMMERS (and it's working)
Watch on YouTube
It's one thing to sit there on the phone trying to ruin a scammer's day all by yourself, but what if you could train a computer to do it for you? Well, it would certainly free up your time and you could ruin multiple scammers' days at once. I'm definitely in favour of scaling up scammers' hardship through automation and I hope this gets even better.

You often can pull the faceplate off if a skimmer has been installed, but they're usually much smaller than this.

Scammer Payback: I Found their Scam Call Center....Let's call them
Watch on YouTube
It's interesting to learn how easily scammers can get spooked. That means it doesn't take much to disrupt their operation, at least temporarily. And because it doesn't take much, that makes it feasible to keep disrupting them.

The more things change, the more they stay the same

Well OF COURSE non-fungible tokens would appeal to a scammer. It's like they're made for each other. Some of us realize that NFTs basically are scams so, I suppose the promise to stop scamming is itself also a scam. It's scams all the way down.

CAPTCHA Nowadays
Watch on YouTube
If you feel like CAPTCHAs are getting harder and harder as time wears on, you're not alone, and you're not crazy. They really are getting harder because people keep coming up with ways to defeat them. I'm not sure we've reached the point seen in this video (yet), but it may only be a matter of time.

Sounds like this scammer could use some of that "rest" for himself. His brain seems to be showing signs of sleep deprivation.

Scambaiter: Showing A Scammer His Own Webcam On My Computer

There's something about watching bad guys get pwned that's strangely entertaining. I'm not sure why, I think perhaps we just like to see people get what's coming to them.

If you don't like it then don't call

This is an interesting idea for a scam phone call countermeasure. If you can be disturbing enough, they won't want to have anything to do with you. Maybe they'll even have to create their own do-not-call list to protect themselves and their colleagues from the mental images you conjure in them.

I'm all for making the scammers put way too much effort in for far too little reward.
