Why not both?

from here and here

LooksRare is the name of an NFT marketplace and it kind of makes you wonder if they've ever thought about what kind of impression a name like that leaves on people.

Something tells me that the REAL Shakira has more than 180 followers... And doesn't talk in song lyrics.

[Slaps roof of trailer] This bad boy can fit so many stolen bank accounts

found on Izismile

A mobile ATM in the middle of nowhere is beyond sketchy. Who operates it? How do you know if you can trust them? Even if it gives out money that doesn't mean it isn't also storing your banking credentials for later misuse.

The thought also occurs: what legitimate operator would take the risk of leaving an ATM full of cash, on wheels (so it can be easily driven away), and unattended? There's just too much wrong with this picture.

Seems as legit as a Nigerian Prince

found on Meme Base

Time and time again people trust a sign or label or message without even a modicum of skepticism, and they wind up all wet (or worse) as a result.

Seems more legit

Automated Theft Machine

I would advise not doing your banking at this machine. In fact, I would advise not getting too close to this machine because it looks like that space is big enough to fit a person.

Well, I've certainly seen sketchier vans. The signs on this one at least are removable, though that might simply help them get away.

A License To Hide

from here (source image)

Thanks to @thegrugq for tweeting the image of what I can only imagine is someone trying to avoid being found by authorities. Maybe they should have actually swapped the plates, or at the very least used a better adhesive.

I wonder if they got away with it in spite of this obvious failure.

Targeting Those Who Can't Even

found on the chive

With the continued effectiveness of social engineering, one thing that can't be repeated enough is the concept of something being too good to be true.

Some Things Are Always Too Good To Be True
