Yes, you can definitely disguise one inappropriate thing as another inappropriate thing, but when people eventually realize what they were staring at they're going to hate themselves.

There are few things as absurd as a spy balloon. Imagine a spy you can see coming miles away. How much are you going to leave out in the open for them to see? Since people are going to see it coming, maybe you should consider making it look like something else, like a novelty balloon. You know, like a disguise.

Not that I'm condoning killing people (goodness knows there's enough death going on already), but this would be an excellent example of using cover to disguise or otherwise hide your activities.

I'm tempted to name them Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack, but it looks like those little piglets aren't actually on the menu.

I wonder what this descendant of wolves is up to in that disguise. I'm not sure if sheep would be able to tell the difference or not. Their reputation isn't exactly for being smart.

You really have to wonder who the cell company thinks they're fooling with this disguise. It's certainly not blending into anything in the middle of the desert. It's not even a good disguise for a wooded area, it doesn't look that much like a tree.

Pretty sure a large breed dog wouldn't be able to pull this off quite as convincingly, but maybe they'd be able to blend into something else.

There isn't really any such thing as a security camera. Camera's don't make things more secure, they don't prevent unwanted outcomes, they simply help in catching people after the fact. The best they can hope to do as far as prevention is to serve as a deterrent, but for that to work they have to be plainly visible, not hidden in a mural. People are less likely to be deterred by a turtle looking at them than they are by an obvious camera looking at them.

Elf on the shelf may have been and advancement in Santa's surveillance capabilities, but this is an advancement in his enforcement. No more coal in your stocking, it's 'cuffs from now on.

That is quite a stark difference. Clearly she has a super power, and that power is disguise.
