Tell me again why they even bother wearing camouflage gear? So that the enemy can't see them coming? Clearly the decision-maker who dreamed this up this safety belt idea didn't understand the context of the problem they were tasked with solving. That invariably results in failure - in this case, the high-visibility reflective belts actually make soldiers less safe when facing armed combatants.
